Lynne Walker is the founder and Managing Member of Connect Consulting, LLC. Prior to forming the company, Lynne had an extensive career in corporate, commercial and treasury banking and achieved success in high-level profit center (P&L) leadership roles as an executive at major banking institutions, including Wachovia (now Wells Fargo), First Citizens and First Horizon. She also created and led a strategy to increase access to capital and business acumen for women, minority, and small businesses. During her last five years at First Horizon, Lynne developed a unique inclusion vision and revenue-based strategy that focused on benefitting the company and all its talent, markets and underserved prospective clients.
