Through exploration of nature, as well as the sharing of knowledge and lore of the Ancestors, Quiet Heart students gain a sense of comfort and respect for the natural world of which they are a part. Led by experienced instructors, students will find courses and programs on topics such as primitive and survival skills, edible and medicinal plants, animal tracking, wilderness navigation, awareness skills, team building.I am also available for private bookings through Quiet Heart Wilderness School. My own kids also attend Quiet Heart and have enjoyed learning how to be stealthy, build camp fires, respect the environment and make friends!Nolan (15) has been a volunteer counselor the past few summers and plans to apply as an Assistant Instructor. Finn (13) has been a Jr. Counselor and hopes to be on summer staff for 2024. Maya (11) was in forest skills for Fall 2023. -
