I strive to be a humble and approachable person and lawyer because I want my clients and my colleagues to feel comfortable asking for my advice and assistance.I maintain a YouTube channel with the goal of helping law students and other legal professionals to navigate this profession with ease. My experience articling in criminal law taught me the importance of compassion in the practice of law and, as a lawyer, I will offer legal advice without judgement. I have learned to approach each file thoughtfully and with attention to detail because in this profession, details are critical. I welcome constructive feedback and constantly seek to improve my skills.When I received my undergraduate degree, I graduated with the highest mark in the Department of Sociology, and I graduated law school cum laude. As a lawyer, I will continue this excellence by maintaining the energy, work ethic and dedication that precipitated my academic achievements.I believe that success requires perseverance, continuous improvement and enthusiasm. Success also requires perspective. I believe it is important to seek out knowledge and opportunities that will help me to grow and gain new perspectives. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, dancing and pursuing an overall active and healthy lifestyle.
