Handled a team of 250 members to execute the exercise during the 5-day exercise period.• Ensure DR Operations & Compliance specific documents are current to maximize business continuity performance.• Effectively manage and mitigate risks, while supporting multiple concurrent DR Exercises globally.• Improve Disaster Recovery capabilities of client’s Disaster Recovery Solution through readiness procedures.• Develop timelines, identify scope/objectives, validate recovery procedures, facilitate problem resolution and Post Drill follow-up DR exercises.• Effectively communicate with both internal & external stakeholders across various levels to achieve project/DR Planning goals.• Utilize SharePoint locations to maintain latest DR Plan and other Business Continuity Planning/Disaster Recovery related documentation.
