My history with openings, and the construction process has allowed me to become involved in many phases of development projects. From work letter to due diligence, design phase, purchasing and hiring the general contractor, these are all roles I excel in. I oversaw the development services division, with several direct reports. I also helped create “best practices” and company manuals for this growing LLC. I worked closely with national vendors, corporate brands, owners, and franchise partners to develop multi-tenant master-planned communities, restaurants and travel centers.
