Chick-fil-A, Inc. is an American fast food restaurant chain and the largest chain specializing in chicken sandwiches. Headquartered in College Park, Georgia, Chick-fil-A operates 3,059 restaurants across 48 states, as well as in the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico. I interviewed top talent who are interested in pursuing their dream of becoming a Chick-fil-A franchisee in the Soutwest region. I worked in collaboration with a team of consultants and coordinators who assessed talent to find the right person for an opportunity.* Led team with the highest success rate of 87% of candidates moving forward to pursue the Chick-fil-A operator opportunity.* Increased candidate pool by 30% in the Southwest region.* Assessed candidates using various interview methods including video-recorded interviews, Skype interviews and live interviews.

Managed recruiters, support staff, and 250 in-house temporary employees. Our department staffed 4 hospitals and more than 15 clinics with necessary temporary employees for the CHN system.
