Also coaching colleagues, utilising my expertise and our insights to help markets run their own campaigns, getting the best use out of our talent marketing systems, produce tips and guides. Instills the importance of end to end tracking, channel usage, paid media strategies whilst working in a highly regulated industry.

At Sage I was responsible for the alignment of their talent acquisition brand, to ensure consistency of message and enabling the talent acquisition partners to hire great talent. I ensured all the routes to market engaged meaningfully with local markets through compelling and relevant content. I owned TA digital voice, created opportunities to increase teams’ capabilities and understanding of employer brand, linked recruitment marketing activities to those of the wider company brand initiatives and developed the localization and adoption of global employer brand message. I also created campaigns and utilised the best channels to ensure talent was attracted to Sage and got the best possible ROICreated Sage's first EVP and our first truly global careers site. Created new global media strategy including global campaigns and contracts. Also produced two microsites with related media campaigns including programmatic targeting, developed career guide, professional videos, day in the life videos, updated targeted LinkedIn careers pages including the brand new ones ,branded referral programme with associated toolkit, photo-shoots, media management, created Glassdoor strategy, Life at Sage Instagram for colleagues, YouTube Playlist on our channel for colleague related collateral. Engaged with colleagues across the globe so we have employer brand advocates to ensure all the strategies and activities were embedded in each country.Also developing welcome pack, internal carer site, complete recruiter toolkit, integration of new careers site with new ATS, further microsites, targeted campaigns, more colleague photography and day in the life videos, professional videos, alumni programme and reviewing, analysing and improving the candidate experience.

As has recently been announced, Schneider Electric completed the purchase of Invensys plc.  With the acquisition, Schneider Electric is significantly enhancing its position as a provider of efficiency solutions integrating power and automation. The transaction will allow the combined entity to have a unique position in industrial and infrastructure end-markets.Currently working to improve our Employer Branding, to attract the right candidates to Invensys' jobs and improving the whole candidate experience.Manage the Global Talent Management PMO function.Successfully project managed our careers intranet site and external careers siteSHL QualifiedCreated and constantly improving our SharePoint site for a Global Recruitment team. Built into the SharePoint RSS feeds, live Tweets about our company or industrial sectors, created our own WIKI to share knowledge across the recruitment team. Also created a screencast so new employees can watch a video about how to use the site. Have 'widgets' in the portal - so rather than the user leaving the site to open a link, they can do it within the SharePoint - interactive, dynamic, useful - to create consistency across the team and give the recruiters the latest tools to help them do their job.

After redundancy, I wanted to try something new and expand my horizons.
