I founded Wellness Concepts, LLC, a coaching and consulting company that serves private and corporate clients with personalized and group coaching, wellness seminars and retreats. I am also a contracted certified life and mental health coach at MYNDUP, a leading platform for mental health and emotional wellbeing.
