Provide financial/analytical support to the IT Caremark PBM department.• Participates in extensive management reporting & information gathering during the monthly close process. Prepare month-end accruals.• Analyze Caremark PBM expenses on a monthly basis, including processing accruals and providing variance explanations. • Prepares yearly Budget/Plan and monthly forecasts for areas within CVS/Caremark IT.• Investigate comparison of actuals to forecast and budget.• Perform headcount reconciliation actual to budget/forecast.• Creates variance reports and discusses outcomes with management team.• Team lead to create new process for the Training Budget• Instrumental in being the lead on completing the External Labor Analysis• Prepares process improvement as needed.• Provides financial guidance if project expenses can be capitalized.• Review and analyze milestone payments with major vendors• Reviews and analyzes SOW’s against projects budgets.
