Kern County Library is the lead organization developing, partnering, and hosting programming and other activities throughout the county and in our libraries from Sept. to Nov. (and Oct-Nov starting in 2024). The goal is to facilitate conversations centered on the themes in a book title selected by CSUB each year that support learning and literacy in Kern County.
