I’m passionate about helping women to have every opportunity to succeed in business and in life. As Maya Angelou said, “I love to see a young girl go out and grab the world by the lapels." She also said, “Nothing succeeds like success. Get a little success, and then just get a little more.” How true! My work centers on creating opportunities to build wealth, enjoy life, and inspiring future generations, with open hands. Civic engagement and building strong communities is at the core of my 'why'. I’m an entrepreneur, having founded, run and sold a technology company in the live events industry. I attribute its growth to my 7-year membership in a Vistage peer advisory group. The insight, guidance and support that I received there was instrumental in the success of all of my business endeavors.I’ve got a “people first” mentality as a business owner, mayoral candidate and executive coach. I’m good at and have experience building relationships, strategic business planning, team building and motivational programs, and brand development.I lead from the heart. My special skill is getting people excited about things, promoting ideas and concepts that motivate people to take action and rise to the next level. My family is a very important part of my life. I also enjoy spending time at my small ranch in the wine country of northern Arizona.
