In my role as Executive Director for the Central California Hemophilia Foundation I oversee Foundation operations, direct programs and fundraising to serve individuals and families with bleeding disorders in 27 counties of Northern and Central California.As a Technical Advisor at the California State Board of Equalization I oversaw the Customer Service and Administrative Efficiency Committee led by Board Member George Runner and advised the Deputy Director of External Affairs on taxpayer service, administrative efficiency and outreach efforts.Previously I served Board Member Diane L. Harkey and the constituents of the 4th Board of Equalization district as her senior adviser, focusing on tax policy and regulations.Prior to Ms. Harkey's election to the Board I served Board Member George Runner, overseeing policy and legislative affairs.Before going to work at the Board of Equalization, I served as the administrative assistant for Marc Aprea & Chris Micheli at Aprea & Micheli a government relations firm specializing in representation before the legislature and state agencies. For eight years I was director of administration with a national Christian ministry to political leaders, where I supported ministry leadership in establishing ministries, partner development, event coordination and human resources.I went to work in ministry after nearly four years of political experience in the California legislature and on a statewide political campaign.I also have MA in Biblical Counseling from The Master’s College and am a certified counselor with the Association of Certified Biblical Counselors.Specialties: Government Relations, Non-Profit Management, Event Planning, Development, Human Resources, Gospel Ministry, Biblical Counseling, Women's Ministry
