Executive coaching allows me to put my core values to work every day with my clients - making a difference, curiosity, authenticity, independent thinking, and respecting the dignity of every human being. I also bring my strengths – a combination of warmth and intelligence. I create a safe space for my clients to do the reflection necessary to realize their potential as human beings and as leaders. I also meet my clients where they are and am a thought-partner and thought-provoker as they think through the challenges they face. I’m committed to using these strengths and values to help my clients get and sustain the outcomes they want. While I use frameworks and theories to inform my coaching, I know my clients need to put what they learn to work as soon as they get off our call. I’m familiar with the challenges they face as I worked in business for three decades before becoming a coach. I became a coach because I realized that the root cause of either success or failure – for individuals, teams, and organizations – is leadership. I’ve coached across industries and around the world. I’ve lived and studied in France and Algeria and hold dual citizenship in the US and Canada. I put these life experiences and my international MBA from Thunderbird to use when coaching leaders in the Americas, EMEA, Africa, and Asia.To stay grounded in leadership, I apply what I know about leadership to my volunteer work. I’ve served on several nonprofit boards and was president of the Northwestern Club of Virginia, during which time I was honored to receive the first Club Leader of the Year award from the Northwestern Alumni Association.I’d enjoy having a conversation with you.
