I leapt at the chance to lead Environmental Sustainability and Circular Economy within Supply Chain. It was, and is, an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on Ciena's goals, our customer's goals and the planet! Almost 2 years in and I am always learning; collaborating; challenging and we are making progress.
