My objective being to enable them with tools, techniques and experience in Vendor Management and RFI/RFP process. Project highlights:- Supported the Mobile App core project team to deliver the first MVP iteration of an iOS Mobile App.- Using a Scrum based agile approach I worked with both IT, third parties (Thoughtworks & Mubaloo)and business stakeholders to deliver an iOS App solution: "MyVery" which currently has a 5* rating in the App Store as well as an Android solution.Key responsibilities:- Support to the Product Owner for Roadmap definition, prioritisation, scope and stakeholder management- Backlog grooming and management using Jira- Creation and management of Epics, Stories and Acceptance criteria ahead of Sprint planning, ready for estimation and Sprint allocation. - Exposing the wider stakeholder community as needed, such as legal and compliance teams, ensuring impact of mobile app changes are understood within the web customer journey and the e commerce teams.- Working with UX designer to ensure all designs are available and signed off ready for development.- Co-ordinating business decisions for Thoughtworks queries- Preparing the business for the change, including communication planning, training needs analysis and impact of App implementations for BAU Service Management process changes.In a later assignment I undertook a Commercial evaluation of top tier online payment providers within the financial sector to allow Shop Direct to evaluate, assess and appoint a new provider for their E Commerce payment solutions. Within this role I created all RFI, RFP and evaluation documentation as well as gathering business and IT requirements for such a significant change to the website operation. The project required a deep and wide knowledge of payments, including PCI DSS and FCA compliance. -
