'QHSE management system' and 'environmental engineering' support to oil and gas companies: principally via long-term secondments and by leading offshore and onshore QHSE audits/investigations.Key areas of experience:+ Oil and gas environmental legislation/permittry+ HSE risk assessment participation inc. HAZID, ENVID, and ECE identification+ Supporting engineers to identify and reduce environmental risk during design phase+ In-depth knowledge of multiple client Business Tools and QHSE Management Systems e.g. BP OMS and Chevron CPDEP+ Working with asset teams, offshore supervisors and green teams to ensure continual environmental improvement and enhanced beach-installation communication + Working with asset teams (process and subsea engineers, metering and maintenance teams, asset planners etc) to ensure environmental compliance and to increase EMS efficiency offshore and onshore+ Developing auditing systems/programs to provide 3rd party assurance re. HSE standards and operations (e.g, ROV providers, waste handlers, dive companies and catering companies). + Onshore experience in Texas and Louisiana (inc. pipelines, waste management sites and petrochemical plants).+ Offshore experience west of Shetland, northern North Sea and southern North Sea (platforms, FPSO's and drill rigs).+ Leading onshore and offshore compliance/management system audits.+ Assessing QHSE management systems and implementing improvement programs.
