While driven to achieve their own individual goals and highly self-accountable, these super stars also enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team.The Member Support Representatives are the first line of assistance for users of Parchment’s products within the higher education and K12 institutions we serve. From the point of implementation throughout the life of the engagement, the MSR is there to assist the Office of the Registrar, Admissions, IT, and other key stakeholders. On a day to day basis we spend time:Engaging with our Members via email and by phone, to answer questions, solve problems, and build trust.Work as part of a team to achieve key metrics and grow, together and individually.
