I am the co founder of the ETJ Platform. ETJ has two elements:1. ETJ Advisory which is our CEO coaching and advisory business led by my husband Matt. 2. ETJ Athletics which is led by me. This is our fitness platform dedicated to helping elite athletes reach their full potential through a combination or our time and resources we devote to them.I spend my days across a couple of dimensions with ETJ Athletics. The first is managing all the athletes we sponsor in a combination of MMA, wrestling, hockey and swimming. The second dimension is my time spent coaching directly with adult athletes as they pursue their fitness goals. I am focused on the healthy intersections of fitness, nutrition and overall wellness. I have a blended background that combines F500 experience and an entrepreneurial edge. With over a decade in fitness, I am able to use this blended approach with clients. My passion has always been other people's goals and dreams; and the ETJ platform allows me to live this out on a daily basis. I look forward to connecting with you.

By being placed into a new role at a F250 company I can empathize with those who are asked to take nothing and turn it into something. The expectations were no less than somebody moving into an established role.
