I am focused on helping people bring their whole self to their work and life and live with inspired direction. I don’t believe it’s necessary to stay stuck in the wrong position or circumstances nor to run one's self into the ground just to get through the day. Rather, I believe the key to greater clarity and peace is knowing what’s most important to focus on and when. I look to the source of why someone is feeling stuck in order to gain greater awareness of how to move forward. I have more than 20 years of experience in the corporate world, working within many high-pressure organizations in the field of marketing and consumer behavior. I went through my own life re-design when I realized I was feeling unfulfilled and off-track. Being on the other side of that experience has fueled my passion to help others do the same. I’ve spent the last ten years developing and honing a process of helping people better understand their key strengths, strongest values and inspired vision for what’s next.
