• Advising on the employee appraisal system, including administration access to answer any queries regarding objectives/evidence for UK, India and America• Participating in knowledge exchange with colleagues in UK and Indian, to help develop the HR team skills, knowledge and understanding of different work practices. Roles and responsibilities: • Providing advice and guidance in industrial relations matters e.g. discipline, grievance, service restructures and Trade Union negotiations for policy revisions• Membership of various cross functional project groups tasked with undertaking specific short term projects, including the complete recruitment and selection process for 16 Heads of Service• Responsible for advising managers on all aspects of HRM and best practice e.g. performance and absence management• Advising on service and job restructures, including evaluation of new job roles, presenting at employee briefings/consultations and designing the job matching procedure• Creating and implementing HR policies and procedures in line with organisational and legislative changes

• Responsible for advising on all HRM issues, including discipline, grievance, harassment and the issuing of compromise agreements during a major restructure• Conducting 6 monthly 1-2-1s with all employees (approximately 200) to discuss any concerns, career aspirations or development needs that they had• Responsible for all aspects of recruitment and selection, including creating advertisements, shortleeting, interviewing and issuing employment contracts. • Designing and implementing a Trainee induction programme
