Working on the Thank You from Coutts loyalty programme, liaising with suppliers, collating data for MI presentation packs. I also assist suppliers with invoicing for the scheme.I assist clients with their queries and work with our suppliers to bring them to a resolution.

Part of the Industy Account Switch team processing client switch requests. Became Account Closures SME following the transfer of the process back onto the team. Managed the closures workload ensuring that all avenues were being correctly actioned and raising Service Failures where feedback was required.
