I was a project manager in the healthcare group where my responsibilities included coordinating the implementation process to ensure the client of a successful transition to the company’s family of products. I proactively managed risk by uncovering, monitoring, assessing, and dealing with events that had the potential to affect the success of a project.I joined the Ontario team in 1998 as a systems consultant that handled support issues along with installations. I went on to project consultant and led multiple implementations before moving to project manager in 2004. Prior to joining Ontario Systems, I worked in engineering design for a sheet metal manufacturer.
