Served as Interim Editor for my former employers while current editor took a sabbatical. Managed two employees to coordinate ad sales and ad design. Worked with dairy farmers to proof ads and wrote editorial content, in addition to arranging with freelance writers for feature stories. Personally responsible for all layout and on-time production of each magazine.

Wide ranging responsibilities included ad sales and design, feature article writing, gathering daily website news, managing social media accounts, writing blog posts and event coverage.

Performed all levels of magazine publishing from selling ads, designing ads, writing, photography, layout, and working with printer until completion. Also represented the Journal and association at industry events and trade shows.
