With over 20 years of experience, Lyn has offered management services for well-respected venues such as the Baird Center (including the newly renamed UW-Milwaukee Panther Arena and Miller High Life Theatre) and the historic, 4-Diamond Pfister Hotel (overseeing over 25,000 square feet of meeting space with accommodations of up to 1,500 people). She has provided onsite management for events with guest lists including President George W. Bush, President Jimmy Carter, the Dahli Lama and Jesse Jackson, as well as prestigious companies including Harley Davidson, Milwaukee Auto Show, NAACP, LULAC (League of United Latin American Citizens), Aurora Health Care, plus countless entertainers and private clients. Stage management services have been provided for artists Chris Kirkpatrick of *NSYNC, O-Town, LFO, Ryan Cabrerra, American Idol winner David Cook, Richard Marx, Daryl Stuermer (Genesis and Phil Collins), Cheap Trick, Big Bad Voodoo Daddy, Trace Atkins and countless others. Hulgan consults on construction projects with a focus on new and re-imagined space logistics, for event spaces and performing arts venues, including the award-winning 750-seat Hamilton Fine Arts Center and the 1,000-seat Oak Creek Performing Arts and Education Center. Liaison for the band and the buyer/venue. Responsible for all elements of a tour including contract negotiation, travel logistics (hotel accommodations, air/ground transportation, etc), sound and light equipment logistics, schedule management, tech rider maintenance, merchandise inventory, administrative duties and personal assistance to band members.

Proline Entertainment, LLC is a full-service event production and rental company providing lighting/sound design and equipment for all music entertainment, theatrical and corporate needs.

Responsible for all lighting design, sound operations, contracting/scheduling, and house management for the 750-seat Hamilton Fine Arts Center (located in Sussex, WI) comprised of multi-purpose components that are capable of hosting an assortment of fine arts options. With its full-size, full-fly stage, state-of-the-art lighting and sound systems, full orchestra pit and phenomenal acoustics, the Hamilton Fine Arts Center is classified with other fine facilities that host complex and ambitious shows.

• Works closely with the Pastor and others in the parish to develop, implement and maintain communications strategies within the Watertown Catholic parishes and community. • Focuses on electronic and print communications, with an emphasis on promoting a positive public image among the parish and community.• Collaborates with other in the parish and community to achieve consistence and coordination of the parish calendar, oversee social media, publish the weekly bulletin, maintain the parish and school website and approve or create event marketing.

Opened in Fall 2021, this 1,000-seat, multi-purpose, state-of-the-art facility located in Southeastern Wisconsin serves the Oak Creek Franklin School District and the surrounding communities by showcasing student performances, offering educational opportunities, providing rental options and spotlighting world-renowned entertainment. Directly responsible for design-phase consulting offering building design suggestions, sound and lights inventory advice, and purchases (equipment and consumables) throughout the building process, with the goal of opening a fully-functioning building within seven months. Designed usage agreements, contracts, an online reservation process, usage calendars and venue website. Created marketing plans, a fundraising campaign and an advisory committee to execute a performing arts series offering collaborative performance opportunities to district students and community members by contracting world-renown entertainers. Oversaw all event logistics, include leading patron services teams, audio and lighting board operations, contract negotiation, social media campaigns, and more.

Responsible for all advancement of shows including coordination of hotel accomodations, transportation, schedule management, tech rider maintenance, merchandise inventory, administrative duties and personal assistance to band members.

Provided house management duties for Milwaukee Shakespeare at the Broadway Theatre Center in Milwaukee, WI. Duties included patron relations, ticketing, scheduling and training of volunteers, production of performance reports and insuring all safety codes were followed. Worked directly with the Managing Director, Artistic Director and Marketing Director.

Responsible for the security and safety of Wisconsin’s largest convention, entertainment, and arena complex along with the responsibilities of training, managing, and leading over 135 part-time Special Services employees. Provided first line management for three major convention and entertainment facilities encompassing six square city blocks of downtown Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Responsible for the successful completion of many highly visible events including the visits by two heads of state, numerous state governors and the many foreign and domestic senior dignitaries. Provided security and safety to such distinguished visitors as President George Bush, past Vice President William Gore, and Past Governor Tommy Thompson. Responsible for providing first responder services to over 1 million visitors and guests who attended convention, trade-show, sporting events, and family shows held in one of the three Wisconsin Center District facilities.

Responsible for sales, contracts, catering, special events, marketing, accounting, and promotional displays. Design and execute quality events for university staff and students who work with strict state budgets. Also handle external caterings for local businesses and community members including weddings, business meetings and conventions/conference, as well as our own marketing showcases. Promoted from Assistant to the Catering Director, to Assistant Catering Director, to Director of Catering.

Responsible for the Conference and Banquet Center of the historic, 4-diamond hotel located in downtown Milwaukee. Listed on Conde Nast Traveler 2002 Gold List as one of the “Worlds Best Places to Stay.” Conference and Banquet Center consists of 17 meeting rooms with over 25,000 square feet of meeting space, accommodating groups up to 1,500 people. High-profile events included President of the United States, Miller Brewing Company, GE Medical, and the Vince Lombardi Ball. Involved with sales, event-planning and coordinating.

Responsible for training, scheduling and supervising the 15+ staff members for the 19-room (12,000 square feet) fast-paced banquet facility that meets the needs of groups up to 400 people. Duties included banquet room and audio-visual set-up, food preparation/presentation (including bars), all set to Sheraton Hotel’s high quality standards. Work directly with housekeeping/laundry, food and beverage, sales and catering.

Responsible for increasing group and single ticket sales specifically for the travelogue (travel film series) program. Duties included direct mailings and personal community interaction, as well as research of the travelogue market. Promoted from PR and Promotions Intern.

Interned in the marketing department for a 1753 seat facility. Responsible for preparing marketing strategies for upcoming shows including the appropriate literature to accompany: brochures, mail pieces and press releases. Interacted with local media, talent agents and patrons as hall representative.
