Project Types included Hotels, Conference Centers, Casino Resorts, Adoption Center, & Mixed Use Developments. Researching history, trends and target markets for best basis of design language and solutions. Developing story boards for imagery and investigating regional designs to understand competition and customer expectations. Complete Project Management from Planning, Consultant Coordination through all phases of On-site review and Completion of Punch List items.

The architectural component for Baylor Healthcare Systems, projects included clinic & hospital department remodels; satellite clinics and offices; warehouse facilities; and new construction-additions. I had direct responsibilities for programming with end-users & coordinating with engineers, interior designers & department directors throughout the projects.
