I currently work for Walmart where I have learned and performed many duties not limited stocking the pharmacy area. At Walmart I have done duties as an inventory control specialist which includes motoring and accounting for all merchandise in the both receiving areas (general and grocery). As an overnight cashier, I evolved my customer service skills to resolve customer needs to meet their and Walmart's satisfaction, as well as to effectively handle and monetary transactions in timely manner. As and overnight stocker, I have stocked merchandise in the time given effectively for the past 7 years as well as keep modular integrity. I have done several special projects for management including setting up displays, training new employees, as well as handing severe customer complaints.

During this 200 hour externship, I learned real life situations, and duties of a medical assistant. Working under members in the Diversified Physicians Group, which included Dr. G. Syed pain management and Urgent Care facilities, I assisted with direct care of many diverse patients. I administers many injections and urinalysis. Here at this facility I also obtained accurate vitals signs of each patient, as well as relay information nurses so they can help determine diagnosis. While staying HIPAA complaint, I verified insurance daily, provided patient instruction, checked patients in and out, roomed patients, sanitized patient rooms and equipment as well as schedule appointments. As delegated by the office manager, I also reviewed explanation of benefits to determine billing an coding mistakes as well as provide explanations to patients when asked. When needed I preformed capillary sticks, and venipuncture. At this facility I become proficient in data entry into a EMR using practice fusion, and medisoft software and maintained electronic and hard copy patient charts.
