In my role as Craft Recruiting Operations Lead, I oversaw a team of 10+ recruiters managing 350+ open roles and hiring over 8,000 craft workers annually. I improved time-to-hire, enhanced recruiting metrics, and led the adoption of new sourcing tools. I also trained my team, ensuring high performance and efficiency, while supporting both union and non-union hiring across multiple brands in the U.S.. In my contract role as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Milestone Environmental Services, I developed and implemented the talent acquisition strategy for South and West Texas, managing over 100 open roles across 9 facilities with 8 hiring managers. I successfully grew our recruitment presence on Facebook, reaching over 1.2 million users in 90+ oil and gas trades job groups. COVID-19 Pandemic

As the Regional HR Business Partner, I staffed a new landfill facility in the Permian Basin with over 30 heavy equipment operators through targeted local recruitment. I developed an efficient in-house recruitment process that reduced third-party costs by 80%. Unfortunately, the role was cut short due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but the initiatives I implemented provided lasting value and cost savings for the region.

As the District HR/Office Manager at FTSI, I developed standardized payroll processes that reduced administrative headcount and implemented an operations recruiting strategy, achieving headcount goals for the first time in five years. I also oversaw an office remodel, established auditing practices, and collaborated with Operations to attain a 92% DOT compliance rating. Additionally, I streamlined New Hire Orientation and Onboarding across five districts, managing biweekly sessions for up to 60 new hires, ensuring consistent and efficient onboarding practices.

As Assistant HR Business Partner for Kiewit Mexico, I managed compensation, employee relations, and recruiting strategies while serving as an in-country liaison for labor relations, ensuring union obligations were met as the organization navigated a new country.
