My mission is driving patient access to life-changing drug therapies. When my son was an infant, he was diagnosed with a rare condition called Panhypopituitarism. As parent to a child with unique medical challenges, I immersed myself in learning everything I could about the disease, treatment options, delivery devices, etc. Once the fire was lit, I did everything I could to help fellow parents navigate their own journeys. I founded and served as board member of the Atlanta chapter of the Human Growth Foundation. What began as advocacy has turned into a phenomenally successful sales career focused on delivering innovative drug therapies and medical devices into prescriber hands.Today, I am a premiere sales leader and subject-matter expert across numerous disease states.MY FAVORITE STORIES* I was named EMD Serono’s Metabolic Endocrinology Key Account Manager of the Year award in 2007, winning this and multiple Presidents’ Awards by averaging 130% to 167% of goal over 10+ years.* For Syneos, I reinvigorated a long-dormant market for a 30-year-old product (Humatrope®), winning the President’s Award in 2015 and exceeding sales targets in each of the last 4 years (125%, 114%, 104%, and 92%). * After reviving a declining infertility business for BriovaRx, I went on to drive consistent, above-forecast sales growth in the Hepatitis C, autoimmune, and endocrinology verticals: 151% in Q4 2012, 171.3% in Q1 2013, 92.1% in Q2 2013, and 105.6% in Q3 2013.* Most recently, I have focused on building awareness and market share for new endocrinology drugs: Mycapssa and Myalept. *At Vivus, I relaunched Pancreaze, increased market share for Qsymia by 17%, ranked #1 for performance over peers, and was on track to win 2020 COE Award. What makes me unique? I don’t do this just for the paycheck. My passion for helping people is at the heart of everything I do, and it’s why I’ve been successful. I also don’t give up easy. If there’s a tough challenge to solve, I’m usually the “go to” in figuring out the resolution. If something isn’t working the way it should, I dig deep to determine what needs to change. I don’t settle for the status quo.The results are clear – evidenced by the tens of millions in revenue I’ve delivered, the prescriptions I’ve generated, and the account relationships I’ve built.

Sr. Specialty Sales Specialist - EndocrinologySyneos Health (Previously Inc Research/Inventiv Health) Oct 2014 - Dec 2018Atlanta, Georgia And Southeast TerritoryInjectables; Pediatric & Adult Endocrinology; Growth Hormone; Specialty Pharmacy Syneos brought me on board as part of the national team challenged to breathe new life into its Eli Lilly/Humatrope® growth hormone business, which had lain dormant for 7+ years and whose prescriber relationships had withered away.My territory spanned prescribers across Georgia, Tennessee, and Alabama. In my first year, I outpaced 20 teammates to deliver 125% of the revenue target, leading me to win the President’s Award for top sales in 2015.This performance led to me being asked to service prescribers in 2 additional states, Mississippi and Arkansas. Business with these accounts had diminished due to neglect and lack of follow-through. With a longstanding reputation for nurturing deep relationships with prescribers and going above and beyond to effectively manage accounts, I successfully rebuilt these relationships and reestablished market share. My sales results in those first 3 years:2015 - 125% to goal2016 - 114% to goal2017 - 104% to goalIn early 2018, Syneos revised the way our performance was measured, changing the KPI from Percent to Goal to Percent of Growth (Baseline vs. Actual Sales), with the numbers representing actual prescriptions. Under this new system, I had a quarterly Rx target of 500 prescriptions. I successfully increased quarterly Rx volume by 296% and produced the territory’s highest quarterly TRx volume to date (1,979). My sales performance in 2018:Q2 2018 - 21.7% of growthQ3 2018 - 13.6% of growthQ4 2018 - 11.2% of growthAt the beginning of Q4 2018, Eli Lilly announced it would end its 5-year contract with Syneos. Despite the disappointing news, I finished 2018 at 92% to goal, delivering Q4 performance of 11.2% of the company’s growth in a flat market. -
Regional Manager, Specialty Pharmacy SalesUnitedhealth Group Mar 2012 - Oct 2014Atlanta, Ga* Infertility * Endocrinology * Autoimmune *I tackled 3 different challenges while at BriovaRx. In the first 6 months, I revived the Atlanta territory’s declining infertility business and drove a significant increase in market share. Despite this success, BriovaRx ultimately decided to eliminate infertility medications from its portfolio.I was then asked to move into the growth hormone division, where I managed a territory of 9 states, including South Carolina, Michigan, and others in the New England area—all from Atlanta. After 9 months of exceptional performance, BriovaRx moved me into the autoimmune business in the northern half of Florida, where I developed new business for existing Hepatitis C drugs in order to strengthen the foundation for introduction of a new product. In these latter 2 roles, I racked up thousands of airline miles, but my efforts paid off! I delivered consistent, above-forecast sales growth quarter over quarter:Q4 2012 - 151% to goalQ1 2013 - 171.3% to goalQ2 2013 - 92.1% to goalQ3 2013 - 105.6% to goal -
Key Account Manager & Field TrainerEmd Serono, Inc. Mar 2001 - Mar 2011Atlanta, Ga & Southeast Territory* Pediatric Endocrinology * Reproductive Endocrinology My tenure with EMD Serono began when I joined its grassroots endocrinology sales force in 2001. Early on, I sold the injectable growth hormone Saizen® for growth hormone deficiency. In later years, I sold Gonal-f®, an injectable FSH (follicle stimulating hormone) for infertility. My territory encompassed Georgia, Tennessee, South Carolina, North Carolina, Mississippi, Alabama, and Florida.Having parented a child with growth hormone deficiency, I came into the endocrinology space with a unique knowledge base and genuine passion for getting innovative drug therapies into the hands of prescribers. I put that passion to work and established a reputation as a top performer from day 1. Management named me a “Gold Level Employee” for amassing 10+ years of consistent growth and development, sales team and market leadership, and outstanding business performance. Notable deliverables include:* Winning President’s Award in 2004, 2005, and 2007.* Earning Key Account Manager of the Year for 2007.* Capturing business that averaged 130% to 167% of goal throughout tenure.* Ranking #1 in the US for the metabolic endocrinology vertical (Saizen®, Serostim®, and Zorbtive®).* Ranking #2 in the US for Gonal-f® sales in 2010 (112% increase in cash volume). This award-winning performance earned me new opportunities, as well:* Launched the first “needle-free” delivery device for the growth hormone injectable market.* Helped roll out a new “hybrid” (dual-role) selling model promoting 2 products with different delivery devices (Saizen® and Gonal–f®) across a highly competitive, multi-state territory.* Named Area Field Trainer for Saizen® to develop and mentor junior salespeople.* Organized and sponsored speaker programs; served on numerous committees, the sales and marketing brand team, and the SMART team. -
