- Coordinate, support and integrate up to 60+ corporate staff and three Executive Managers.- As an "ourSibelco" Ambassador I support the synchronisation and implementation of a new organisational model being rolled out to connect the people and regions of Sibelco into one global company. - Training, consulting, prioritising and working collaboratively with quite a diverse group of people to make this happen successfully and positively.- Creating, editing, proofreading and assisting with presentations using Microsoft office suites, Skype for Business, Office 365 and SharePoint.- Develop and implement Office Management systems, including document control, workflow, induction procedures and staff training manuals.- Organise Event Management and Training Workshops, including negotiating venue selection, catering, materials, travel and accommodation, through to payment, cost coding and reports.- Management of other staff as required.- Main point of contact for both internal and external auditors. 

Administrative support to 12 – 20 Engineers & Geologists and two Executive Managers.- Preparation of Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly financial and operational reports. - Aided in developing and implementing, as well as administering a Project Management system and a SharePoint database for Engineering Service Reports and Capital Projects.- Supervised Accounts Payable, General Ledger accounts and cost-coding, to ensure the department kept within its budget.- Site and Community Liaison between Corporate Engineering Services, Lilydale quarry personnel and community stakeholders, that included local council, state government officials, neighbours and media during the initial phase of “Plan Cave Hill”.- Organised all meetings from Monthly Management Reviews through to Health and Safety, taking, typing up and distributing minutes.

Operational site based role at our silica sand mine site – Lang Lang Victoria.Ensure admin activities are effectively planned, coordinated, implemented and controlled to ensure plant availability and productivity targets are met.Processing of purchase orders and accounts payable.Maintenance of the Freight Management system in support of the operations team.General Admin duties.Back up for site EHS supervisor.
