Answering to the Director of Development, my role is to plan, implement, report on all marketing activity for both the charitable activity and also the trading wing of the business that deals with all tea room and hospitality barn led events. My remit includes planning and delivery for all of the marketing calendar for all income streams at The Horse Trust, including events, promotions marketing and ticketing strategy, retail product design and ordering, sponsorship programme management and revenue plans for large scale events.• Create and deliver the annual marketing and communications plan• Managing and allocating budgets for all marketing plans, merchandise and sponsorship programs• CRM Strategy, and management of day to day input of data, data capture promotions at events• Analysing data from internal database and social media to target audiences. • Delivering on all internal events, including payment administration on barn bookings, tea room, merchandise, sponsorship of events to underwrite costs• Plan and generate all related marketing collateral, working with the internal designer, brief her on requirements and manage the process to printed products• Management, research and review of current sponsorship programmes• Monitoring appeals and analysing data on donors and sponsorships • Co-ordinate with local businesses and suppliers to achieve advertising and support for internal events• Main point of contact for internal and external events to raise awareness of The Horse Trust• Liaison with Royal Household to ensure the smooth running of visits for HRH Princes Royal• Preparing briefs and itineraries for close protection officers and other officials for the day• Working with internal departments and third-party suppliers to ensure all events are delivered efficiently and within budget
