I am passionate about human and global development, empowering people and communities so that they can contribute to the improvement of their own quality of life and that of their families, communities, and societies.In 1994, I participated in the transformation process with a focus on institutional strengthening and capacity building.With over 40 years of work experience, I acquired a broad range of knowledge and skills in thematic areas of corporate business management and development assistance programs and projects funded by various international donor agencies.Areas of expertise - Institution/Organisation development (Planning and executing key change projects)- Conducting assessments, research and analysis- Project development and advisor to project steering committee, and in leading project teams - Project cycle management, financial management and reporting, and contract management- Conducted mid-term reviews, monitoring and evaluations- Human resources management (Workforce planning, job analysis, career path planning, employee development, succession planning, employee relations and engagement, development of employee and line management policies, and procedures for conflict resolution).My experience includes working with diverse and complex range of partners and stakeholders, global business leaders, governments, and international donor agencies.I worked in Sweden, Denmark and South Africa, and also worked as specialist consultant on short-term projects in Mozambique, Zambia, Namibia, Botswana, Tanzania, Uganda and Zimbabwe.
