I love to analyze and problem solve existing processes, programs and people to help drive efficiencies and effectiveness.I’ve also had the opportunity to grow my project management experience. Others have said I’m able to turn future project visions into reality.Part of this experience also includes gaining certifications in change leadership-which I use to help learners, leaders and teams embrace changes to business processes and best practices.Collaboration and teamwork are the cornerstone of my approach and work style.
