I stated off my career working in many different positions at a very large Medicare Certified home health agency until I worked my way up to administrator. During my time as administrator I noticed that the feedback from our billers was not great. After some digging I discovered that there were hundreds of thousands of dollars of rejected, missed, under paid claims out there.
