Key Accomplishments:Successfully managed key implementation steps of CHiP Program (Children's Health Plan - Medicaid) at a community hospital in Ft. Worth, TX. Successfully installed a new provider credentialing application for a large health plan in St. Louis, MO.

Developed a national credentialing system to support this process and developed all training materials and training sessions for hundreds of credentialing staff nationally.

Key Accomplishments:Developed, with IT developers, five operational databases used to run 24 hour 7 day Psychiatric Management Operation. Databases covered the following key areas: Employee Assistance Program (EAP), provider search by specialty, customer service, case management, and claim service index.Managed three person MIS team which supported system capability for 50 users 24/7. Developed back-up and disaster recovery plan for members with sensitive needs to have seamless coverage regardless of impending disaster.Managed 12 person claim department while successfully consolidating three enterprise claim systems down to one.Implemented all new case sales including interregional billing, eligibility, utilization management, and claim system administration.

Key Accomplishments:Directed staff of six to recruit, credential, and contract providers for the entire continuum of care for a national behavioral health product. Added seventy networks in nine months. Ensured provider compliance to plan protocols in 130 networks nationally.
