Passionate about people, Lynn has built a career focused around recruiting and talent. Lynn joined Morgan Stanley in 2024 to help build a brand new executive recruiting function. In her role, she is focused exclusively on recruiting executive level talent for the Investment Management business. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Lynn spent four years at Vise, an artificial intelligence (AI) powered asset management platform designed specifically for financial advisors to build, manage and explain personalized portfolios. She initially joined the firm following their Series A raise (employee 18) to build out the TA function from zero. Initially responsible for all non-technical recruiting, Lynn's role was expanded in 2022 to own entire TA function across all roles. Before moving into fintech, Lynn spent a year and a half at Bridgewater Associates as a Talent Lead, directly supporting recruiting efforts for professional level investment hires, across the firm's signal generation, portfolio construction and trading teams. Lynn spent the first half of her career in retained executive search, focused almost exclusively in the Financial Services Industry. Lynn served as a Senior Associate and Team Lead for DHR's Financial Services practice group. In this role, Lynn focused on identifying and recruiting top talent both on a domestic and global scale. Her experience in Financial Services includes working with clients across; asset and wealth management, commercial and corporate banking, insurance, real estate and public finance. Lynn started her executive search career at Spencer Stuart’s corporate headquarters in Chicago.
