Logistics Partners is an independent consultancy focusing primarily on the Supply Chain Management (SCM) systems and software employed. Logistics Partners works with retailers, wholesalers and 3PLs to ensure that these systems are selected, implemented and operated in the most efficient and cost effective manner. Recent customers include Musgrave Retail Partners Ireland, Midlands Co-operative Society Ltd and P&O Ferries Holdings Ltd.

The role of the Ambassador is to raise awareness of Transaid's work and to provide business skills and support to the Transaid team.

Director of the trading company from Sept 2012 to Sept 2013, during which time a full raw materials stock take and weaving feasibility study were undertaken. This resulted in weaving recommencing on the original victorian looms in November 2012. After leaving the board Lynn has continued as an active volunteer providing retail and inventory advice and support to the Mill team.

SCManager UK Limited, formerly WCSS International, was a Supply Chain Management Software house. The company was purchased by a South African company iti (holdings) in March 1998. Lynn was recruited to re-launch the software in the EMEA region. As a member of the senior management team Lynn had responsibility for the 7 strong technical team, as well as being Project Manager for implementations. Projects included the implementation of RF technology for Manor Bakeries, B&Q and Nisa Today’s.

Projects included the interfacing of Exceed with Lawson Financials for Londis Holdings and the implementation of new picking methods for Somerfield stores. Lynn also assisted with pre-sales for the Exceed software.

Lynn's role was the implementation of the WCSS software into retail and manufacturing companies in the UK, Portugal and South Africa. My main projects were Sonae (Portugal), Manor Bakeries, Great Mills (Retail), Nisa Today’s, and CWS. This role covered all areas of the project life cycle including project management, warehousing consultancy, specifying customer modifications, coding customer modifications and technical user training.
