*As the lead in the City of Kennesaw Economic Development Department, managed $9 million in capital improvement projects and administered annual departmental budget of $400,000.*Supervised business recruitment, retention, and expansion activities, including identifying market niches for commercial development. *Applied for, was awarded, and administered a $1 million+ ARC Bike/Pedestrian grant for Downtown Kennesaw Streetscape Improvement project.*Prepared master annexation plan for future boundary expansion and targeted industrial development. *Identified and facilitated intergovernmental and interagency projects.*Developed and administered the City of Kennesaw long-term Comprehensive Plan.

*Served as lead coordinator for obtaining development entitlements on a 1,100 acre master-planned community for 2,800 units and nearly 1 million square feet of commercial space. *Created green building program and incorporated into community-wide design guidelines.
