I led the organisation through a significant Terms & Conditions review and developed and implemented approaches to address key risks arising from employment law issues associated with the social care sector. I joined Real Life Options (RLO), a company dedicated to providing excellent social care and support to people with learning disabilities and elderly people in care homes and private homes, in October 2013 as a voluntary Non-Executive Board Member, Trustee and Director. I used my skills to identify and focus on the key strategic areas of the business and provide relevant and effective challenge and feedback to support the organisation in achieving its aims, objectives and strategic plan.

Accountable for delivering performance standards, regulatory compliance, contract management, training and assuring business assets across a network of over 11000 franchise outlets. Led a team of 200 with control over a £10m budget

Transitional role delivering support services to the network (14000 branches) whilst enabling the development of a revised organisation structure

Designed and delivered a radical programme to change the structure of the Post Office branch network (16500 branches) to improve the viability of the Post Office network, secure long term customer service and increase outlet net profit by around 10%
