Currently in partnership with The New Mexico Foundation, HEAL + NM, Downtown ABQ Arts + Culture District, and the City of Albuquerque’s Office of Equity and Inclusion, High Desert Playback is igniting community dialogue, cultural healing, and collective liberation through theater. In 2020, Lynn Co-Founded Hella Social Impact™, a women of color-owned consultancy that engages organizations to authentically and impactfully show up for racial justice. As CEO of this social venture, Lynn developed a framework and assessment for organizations committed to racial equity. Her clients included Seth Godin’s altMBA, Girl Scouts, and B Lab US + Canada.In 2004, Lynn Co-Founded an arts-based for-profit social venture called Spotlight: Girls based in Oakland, CA. Her company was recognized as a Best For The World, Certified B Corp, and raised over half a million dollars in capital to expand operations. Spotlight: Girls became so foundational to the Oakland, Bay Area community that, in 2021, Lynn was featured in an art installation at the Oakland Museum of CA.
