Responsible for developing and leading The Hartford's TPA program and generating 401(k) sales using Third Party Administrators. Developed solutions to help TPAs define the right processes for growing and evolving their businesses.

Developed the service model for The Hartford's 401(k), 403(b), and 457 business. Led a team of over 300 service professionals responsible for plan consulting, new business, sponsor and participant services, compliance administration and technology.

Managed key initiatives for Aetna Retirement Services and its TPA program. Developed and implemented a third-party administration strategy and platform to access new customers and markets. Led the customer and producer service operation for retirement services and group life insurance.
