As the Co-founder of Miruspoint Facilitators Inc. and Expanding You Inc., I bring over 45 years of experience as a professional counselor, NLP Trainer, and Senior Faculty member for William Glasser International. My journey has been dedicated to helping individuals and organizations navigate personal challenges, enhance team performance, and embrace change and transition.Throughout my career, I’ve focused on addressing trauma, loss, depression, and anxiety, which inspired me to develop Prime Potential—a transformative process designed to reset the nervous system and eliminate self-sabotage patterns and emotional blocks. I guide clients, often seasoned professionals, in overcoming the core issues that hold them back, fostering greater alignment and “flow” in their lives.
