For nearly two decades, Lynn has driven strategic growth through strong financial management practices to help improve revenues, margins and workplace productivity. She has considerable experience overseeing the financial function for small to mid-sized companies, with core competencies including controller-level services and job cost accounting.Prior to joining Supporting Strategies in 2018, Lynn spent five years as Controller at Urban Eco Group. Her responsibilities spanned all accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, bank reconciliations, job costing, budgeting and chart of accounts maintenance. She also provided financial analyses for capital investments, pricing decisions and contract negotiations.As a Consultant with BBW Bookkeeping from 2012 to 2013, Lynn worked with small companies to set up and design their account processes and advise them on how best to organize their accounting needs and procedures. Previously, she spent nine years as Controller for Unlimited Tower Services, where she worked directly with the owners from inception to oversee banking, procurement, financial management and many other aspects of the business.Lynn holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Accounting from Mississippi College and is working toward her Master in Business Administration from Millsap College.
