I served as the CEO of multiple hospitals, in three different healthcare systems, as well as a system level finance executive.I now support my clients’ change, through coaching.True change requires:1. self awareness (who and where am I now), 2. a desired future state (who and where and where am I going),3. taking steps forward (how can I get there, where do I start), and 4. lots of reflection (what worked, what didn’t, what did I learn?).I trained and was certified in coaching by The Hudson Institute of Coaching in Santa Barbara, California, and am qualified as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coach Federation. I am also a certified yoga instructor, teaching classes weekly.My family includes my husband of nearly 40 years, Tom, and our adult children, Mike (Brianne) and Lauren (Kie), and our adorable grandson, Harrison. Tom and I love to spend time together either playing with our dog, Myla, or on the water. Together we enjoy freshwater fishing in Michigan and saltwater beach time in Florida.
