Leading team in the assessment, development, implementation, and execution of change in culture, resources, processes, and services to align to mission needs and responsiveness with the increasing flight tempo• Led NASA’s digital transformation to Microsoft Office 365 successfully developing, integrating, implementing and migrating to the O365 environment in 15 months for 55,000 users• Developed and facilitated a series of benchmarking on business technology management, ITSM, and vendor management resulting in new strategies and processes being implemented providing 20%-time savings for implementation• Implemented a strategy and process for several critical process gaps resulting in 10% customer engagement improvements• Architected strategies and processes to “bring the best minds from universities to work with engineers and scientist at Johnson Space Center” resulting in 3 technology development and innovation partnering opportunities• Lead and mentor of the JSC Technical Cadre including the JSC Enterprise Architect, Chief Technology Officer, the JSC Data Architect, and the JSC Applications Architect developing an integrated Center-wide strategic plan
