Held leadership responsibilities within the Gettysburg College, Enhancing Residential Life Task Force, one of the nine task forces of The Commission on the Future. The aim of this commission was to chart a strategic direction for Gettysburg College into the 21st Century, and to set the foundation for broad-­based commitments and plans for ongoing renewal. Supervised facility operations, scheduling, and services for a 78,000 square foot College Union and performing arts operation. Initiated (with a cross‐functional team) vision, design, and construction plans for three building projects: (art mural installation in a ballroom), (a coffeehouse), and (campus night club with performing arts space). Supervised and coached staff, and advised over 110 student organizations. Oversaw major events, and complicated contracts. Led a division-­wide, student affairs team charged to create and offer student leadership development programs and initiatives, and high-impact, active learning models. Additionally, provided leadership for a seven year, community-based learning initiative partnered with various agencies and organizations of the Navajo Nation.

Created the career portion of the Two-Plus-Two program for Management majors and served on a broader academic committee working on the development of Two-Plus-Two programs at Champlain College. Served on the Champlain College NEASC Coordinating Committee and assisted with the preparation of many campus documents for the NEASC Accreditation Team visit and review.
