I am currently on the School Board for the Mammoth/San Manuel School district. My role as a school board member is to review and approve budgets, personnel, services and the quality of education for the district. This is a volunteer position. At the beginning of my employment I began with this company to structure their HR and Payroll department. This company hadn't had any policies or procedures for these departments. It was my responsible for the day to day operations of five budget rental care locations within the state of Alaska for Budget Rent a Car. Hired employees, trained employees and provided payroll/AR/AP to the company.

Managed and provided HR and Payroll to a company that had owned three car companies and Budget Rental. Budget Rental was located in five different locations in the state of Alaska. Payroll was distributed biweekly and semi monthly and HR was managed daily. Managed over 150 employees at one given time.

As the Health Care Administrator for the contract for Department of Corrections, my responsibility was to staff all the correctional institiutions in the state of Alaska. Recruited, disciplined, scheduled nurses, pharmacists, NP, and PA's in all facilities. Worked and traveled throughout the state to ensure that state policies and procedures were met.The gaps between employment dates are due to my individual choices to take time off to travel and visit family members
