Lead role at the agency managing the advertising for the Elections Canada Voter Information Campaign 2019. Duties include attending focus groups, commercial and photo shoots, consultation and planning, cost-estimating, scheduling, internal communications, quality assurance, and ensuring internal teams and client contacts are kept informed of project requirements and progress. Lead and motivate a multi-faceted team composed of media, creative, and client services resources to create an inspired working environment and deliver campaigns that deliver on strategy and results. In my current role as Production Manager at Acart Communications, I supervise the progress of all communications campaigns and projects, including establishing project timelines and assigning resources for new projects. Fluently bilingual, I provide technical recommendations for layout, design, and camera-ready artwork, and am responsible for proofreading and quality assurance of all projects—digital and print—in both official languages. Additional duties include: developing estimates for new client projects and proposals, as well as managing purchasing and production and negotiating with external suppliers such as translators, printers and manufacturers.
