Recruited to build, launch, and guide a ground-level Spanish World Language Program as a new addition to the school’s core curriculum. Implemented innovative techniques and currently teach eight classes daily to an aggregate of 145 students.•Serve as the lead project manager and teacher for program development, collaborating with a 6-member team to create district-wide curriculum, activities, and objectives for the program. •Design curriculum and lead professional development sessions for an audience of 20 peers, as a selected member of the Instructional Leadership Team, to assess and improve teacher performance and communications throughout the school.•Selected by the executive team to learn, assess, and implement emerging technology solutions within the district.
