I have worked within education for 20 years, mainly supporting students with SEND and SEMH needs: from in class support to teaching and delivering, to managing an Alternative Provision with 24 full time students in a off-site nurturing specialist provisionI am passionate and driven to help learners of all types success and thrive both in and out of education. I have recently started a completely new type of role in Barnsley college which is supporting T-Level students to access an Industry Placement within their chose field of study. This is such a rewarding role and I'm keen to go far in this thriving and vibrant environment.
