Providing freelance and ad-hoc social media and marketing services to a number of businesses across the UK, including content creation, B2B, community development and analytical assessment/recording. I also represent a number of influencers, managing their brand development and partnerships.

Responsible for the recruitment of individuals for outdoor pursuit job roles at summer camps in the USA through online lead generation and application support, offering guidance and support throughout the application journey. I was also responsible for all business social media across all platforms, creating unique and engaging content and encouraging engagement with our community as well as managing our website. I also assisted with the organisation and delivery of recruitment events and visa orientations nationwide.

My initial role was that of Social Media Manager, responsible for managing all social media platforms including Pinterest, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok and YouTube, adopting a planning and scheduling system. Creating content, including imagery and video content through photography, videography and drone work to promote each area of business. I introduced KPI's, analysing, utilising results to better performance and increase our presence within the domestic travel market. It was also my responsibility to maintain and build our community, maintaining communication through both online and in person at industry events nationwide as well as providing customer support. My role then developed into Digital Marketing, I was responsible for Business-2-Business interaction and growth, developing competitions and PR relationships. I then took on further responsibility as Events Coordinator, supporting our Festival Director in the development of our annual festival Camp Quirky. This involved developing the festival schedule, event marketing and talent booking as well as event logistics and planning. I was an integral part of the team throughout my time at Quirky Campers, and was relied upon to ensure the camaraderie within the team was always at its peak and of the utmost importance.

Responsible for the recruitment of new members and supporters across the West Midlands area, helping to increase fundraising income and enable the Trust to continue to protect, create and restore the UK’s native woodland. Recruitment involved having a presence at specific woodland sites and events positively promoting the Trust and informing the public about the wonderful things the Trust did to work towards their goal. This involved the erecting of an eye-catching stall, all of which I designed and put together myself to compliment Trust promotional material. This involved working as part of a team and individually, both indoors and out, with weekend and unsociable hours included.

My role involved managing the AmeriCamp recruitment operation, which included overseeing a team of 6 Programme Coordinators. Supporting and motivating my team to achieve targets set after regular meetings with CEO. Organising nationwide events, including recruitment fairs. Overseeing all aspects of program social media (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram), Creating marketing campaigns and offering emergency support to applicants once in the USA.

My role involved the development of existing travel and volunteering opportunities under the Invasion Travel umbrella (Camp Thailand, Camp South Africa, Camp Caribbean, AusJob) and the creation of new programmes based on market research to help expand opportunities for potential applicants. Development included liaising with global partners, site visits, creating marketing campaigns, social media and all administration to support programme development. At this time, I also created the flight department for Invasion Travel in partnership with STA Travel, helping applicants to book their travel to each of our worldwide destinations using an online-based booking system.
